I live outside Malaysia, when will you ship my order?
We use Pos Malaysia for all international orders. It will take within 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and it takes about 7-10 working days for the courier company to ship to your address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
There are damage/problem/wrong items with what I receive.
We will replace the original item that may have been damaged during shipping if you contact us within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Item must not be in use and a picture of evidence would be helpful to use to help resolve your issue. But we are unable to accept refunds & returns or exchanges to other items unless it is a wrong item received.
